Slow Food Kaua'i's inaugural event, Kid's Stuff, will begin with a tour
of the Kaua'i Kunana Dairy in Kilauea at 4:30pm. Dairy owner Louisa
Wooton will give members a tour of her families operation; the
pasture, milking and production.
Louisa and her husband Bob, will then join us at Bar Acuda in Hanalei where
Chef/Owner Jim Moffat has prepared a five-course Kunana Dairy menu,
paired with wine, for our enjoyment.
